A New Home

My name is Renee, and I am fundraising for Kay Samples. Kay works for me full-time as a carpenter/handygal! She is the most loyal employee a person could ever as for. Kay, of course helps, by doing her job and outworking any man I have ever met, but also by going above and beyond. She has helped me personally by watching my dog at a moment's notice, helping me hurricane-proof my house, picking me up off the side of the road when my car has broken down....and all without a single request of payback. Kay helps to take care of her mom and sister, that just moved here from North Georgia and does so without a second thought. Kay does not have much to give financially, but she will give you everything she does have. She is the most caring and selfless person I know. Kay has helped other employees when she had nothing to give without a second thought. She is light hearted and most definately the life of any party.

Kay recently went to the hospital and suffered a minor stroke and has to meet with a throat therapist as she cannot eat or drink. She has been out of work for a week, and we are unsure when she will return. In a perfect world, I would love to give Kay a new place to live. A new trailer for her and her mother. What she has now is not condusive for them all, so she lets her mom and sister have her place. If this is not possible, I would like to be able to pay for her living expenses for a while so she can focus on getting better and taking care of her health. I would appreciate anything anyone is willing to donate because I do not know anyone more deserving of a little pick me up!
