JR and Hakeem parental case

Hello, as some of you may know I am currently in a parental rights case with my ex husband currently incarcerated from violent crimes toward myself. In fear of the safety of my children when he is let out I am pursuing termination of parental right. I have already paid one retainer. But as the trial date is set in 12 days I am sent a new bill asking for an additional retainer. Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thank you
