Jr Phipps

As most of you know Jr (jimmyp, phipps jar) has been fighting a disease since the age of 13 called Nf1. Unfortunately there is no cure for this disease. A year ago Jrs health has worsened and he got transferred to The James Cancer Hospital where he finally got answers after all these years of dealing with this disease but since then Jr has been in and out of the hospital, had a major surgery done to remove a tumor carrying cancer that is caused from the the NF1 hoping for a better outcome after being discharged Jr received more bad news after having a pet scan that there is a tumor in his lung and sacrum. He had been undergoing a very aggressive chemotherapy that with time weakened him, a couple weeks ago Jr was taken to the er where they did some testing, mris, cts, and was told he had a stroke. From there they transferred him back to The James where his health has declined and he was the diagnosed with leptomeningeal disease (cancer in the brain and spinal fluid) there is not cure for this cancer, radiation was an option to help with symptoms but Jr has chosen to go home on Hopsice and be surrounded by his 2 children kadin and khloe and with his family. Unfortunately with this disease and continuous sickness Jr has not been able to work for many years and has been on a set income. Jr has fought one hell of a battle since childhood. Many people that know Phipps know that he is a well known man that has always been there for everyone, he has a heart of gold. He's caring, loving, giving and his children are his everything. This choice was not easy for him to make but he is tired and there is no more fight left in him. His family would like to give him a beautiful funeral he deserves when the time comes but unfortunately with him not being able to work he wasn't able to save up.
