The Super Typhoon Rai (Odette) has devastated the Cebu province and other surrounding areas. With nearly 1 million people living in this western province there are many who's homes are completely destroyed and the true scale of destruction still remains unknown as humanitarian agencies and rescue workers are still unable to access some of the hardest hit areas.
