The Kingsbury Family

Calling all Volkswagen folks and family. It pains me to write this, but As many of you know, Doug and Faith have been a part of the VW community for a very long time and are some of the best people you will ever meet in your life. In short, 3 years ago, not only were they just settling back from their granddaughter’s leukemia treatments, but Faith was then unexpectedly diagnosed with cervical cancer that has since spread to lung, bone, and brain cancer. With multiple experimental treatments and daily drs visits, It’s been a long and trying 5 years in total, to say the least. For the last few months, faith has been unable to work because of her condition, and has not only lost that additional household income, but is also losing her medical ins/ cobra. But even with all their obstacles, you can still call Doug up and he’d give you his last 2 nickels or the shirt off his back, so today, I’m asking for everyone and anyone to please come together for the most giving family I’ve ever known. Any type of help from anyone will be greatly appreciated. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve contributed to a gofundme for a family I didn’t know only because they were close to someone that was close to my heart. I hate to say it, but I have a lot of questions for the Big Guy upstairs. I’ve started to lose faith in him, but I don’t want to lose my faith in humanity too. Please… Let’s show the Kingsbury family just how good humanity can be towards them in their trying times.
