Help in time of need

Friends 2 years ago I had to have 6 bypasss done to my heart. I just had another heart cath and have lost 3 of the 6 bypasses as they have closed off completely and a 4th is 80% blocked. Since the back of my heart and left side are no longer able to get blood I am in constant-severe pain. The hospital doctor said it is because the heart is dieing from slow suffocation. The VA will not prescibe any pain medication nor proper blood thinners to slow the process. I am asking for help so I can go to an outside doctor and get proper care. Any help you can give will be greatly appreaciated. For 27 years I have given myself to helping others and now find myself in need.
