Tonya and Family

As some of you may know, Tonya Ivey has been in the hospital for 4 weeks now and is still currently in the hospital. She has been diagnosed with Encephalitis. Encephalitis is an inflammation of the brain. She has been on light sedation and has undergone a series plasma exchanges. She's had a small amount of improvement but she has a long road ahead for recovery. Her husband Dom has recently started a new job. This had made spending time at the hospital a challenge as well as spending much needed time with their boys as they deal with Tonya’s health issues. Family has been a huge help by keeping the boys as much as possible. Because of Tonya’s continued dedication and commitment to her community by serving as a Board Member for Harlem Pop Warner we are starting this go fund me to help with expenses while Tonya is unable to work. In the absence of Tonya’s income, Dom is doing his best to keep the family afloat. Now, if y'all know Tonya and Dom, they would do anything for anyone and would be the last to ask for anything in return.
