Juan C. Sablan: A Coach's Lasting Gift

This is Juan C. Sablan. My father, who is a bright individual within our small home on the island of Saipan, has unfortunately passed away.

In his free time, he would give to his community by coaching elementary to high school students on the art of playing softball. He’d stand under the hot sun during baseball and softball season to umpire the games so the children could play their sports. He’s helped countless children gain knowledge of their love for sports and has motivated them to reach improvement, all with the selflessness within his heart. He has done so much to help the children and adults of our community find passion and love for the sport, which is now our island's biggest attraction. I am hosting this fundraiser so we may accrue just a little help for his funeral and burial ceremony. Thank you to those who may be able to support us or lend us a helping hand in our time of need.
