Juan Carlos Cervantes open heart surgery

Hi, my name is Lori Overbay, office manager at IBEW local 401, and I am trying to raise money for my son-in-laws open heart surgery. Juan Carlos is having open heart surgery to get new Valve put in. Juan Carlos is a loving father and husband that has not been able to work because of the medical condition he is in.
