Juan Carlos Teran medical bills

Our brother and friend Juan was just diagnosed with a 2 inch brain tumor on November 3rd. Because of the size and location of the tumor it is urgent that he get it removed as soon as possible as it will continue to grow and can cause permanent and life threatening damages. His surgery is scheduled for November 16th. Because this is all so sudden and unexpected he doesn't have enough time to prepare financially for the surgery as the payment for it is required upfront.
