Juan is coming home!

Folks,

We (Laurel and Lisa) are volunteers with the Parole Preparation Project and have been working with Juan since 2020 in his preparation for parole interviews. Last month (November, 2022) Juan was granted parole and we expect that he will return home before the end of the year! After 18 years inside Juan will need support as he gets situated and finds housing, work, etc.

As you no doubt already know, returning home after years of incarceration is extremely challenging. Our goal with this GFM is to provide our communities with the opportunity to support Juan so that he is able to take care of himself in this initial period after returning home. We appreciate any and all support. Please feel free to circulate this GFM to your communities. All funds will go directly to Juan, either through one of us or through his bank account, once it is set up. Thank you!!
