Freedom for Juan Sebastian Chamorro

Dear friends and brothers. I want to thank for the generosity and support to my family. A friend in need is a friend indeed and you were there, at the most difficult time. I want to tell you that your support was fundamental in order to defend my rights in international events and that was crucial in my liberation, along with other 221 colleagues. More importantly is that I can see, now in freedom, the most valuable treasure: good friends. Friend who I had not have contact for years, not knowing much about them, but that they came to help. I will carry this gratitude for the rest of my life and will always be thankful. In freedom: Juan Sebastian and family.

Estimados amigos y hermanos. Quiero agradecerles enormemente por la generosidad y el apoyo hacia mi familia. Un amigo en la necesidad es un amigo de verdad y ustedes estuvieron ahí en el momento más difícil. Quiero decirles que su apoyo fue fundamental para poder defender mis derechos en los foros internacionales y eso colaboró con mi liberación y la de otros 221. Más importante aún, puedo ver, ahora en libertad, un tesoro que aprecio sobre todas las cosas, amigos entrañables. Amigos que no veía ni sabía, años de no vernos, pero que estuvieron ahí, ayudando.
