Juan Torres funeral cost

We come with heavy hearts.  My brother Juan Torres was shot and killed in a altercation with MCSO. My brother was 39 years old and he suffered from mental illness and he was in the process of being mentally evaluated.  Sheriff was aware that my brother was seeking help cause he told them before he was fatally shot in front of my parents home in front of them in their back yard . We believe that they could have used a different method and tried to tased him before they decided to take his life. He was behind a chain link fence that was bolted with a lock. We ask for help and donations for helping to bury him he didn't have any insurance at the time of death. Please share with family and friends.
