Juanita “Janie” Rodriguez lost her life too soon, she was murdered, and her body was later discovered wrapped in plastic at Ledbetter. It is heartbreaking to face the unexpected loss of such a joyful, determined, and strong woman. She was known as the sunshine at her place of work.

 

She dedicated her life to staying upbeat, keeping a smile on her face, and always remaining positive. She enjoyed making everyone around laugh, dance, and enjoy life. Juanita will be missed by all that knew her; it is difficult to face this reality.

 

May she rest in peace, and JUSTICE be served for her!
