Jubee lost home from Lahaina Fires

Jubee (Joseph Bedoya) survived the Lahaina Wild Fires on 08/08/2023 but lost all his possessions and we're raising money to help get him back on his feet.

On 08/08/2023 Jubee had to abandon his car trying to escape the wildfires in Lahaina. He was surrounded by the wildfires on all sides and could only escape to the ocean with other survivors. He treaded water for 4 hours waiting to be rescued as he watched Lahaina burn. He helped another family with 4 kids stay afloat, finding debris in the water for them to hold onto.

His car burned, his phone was destroyed in the ocean, his rented room burned, and he only has the clothes on his back. It's unclear what exactly he needs at the moment but any donations will go directly to him and help him get back on his feet.
