KISSEH LENDOR was an innocent man murdered by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) Special Unit, Death Squad, under the TTPS Extra Judicial Killing Program. The police KILLED Kisseh because he was at the wrong place and time. He witnessed an Extra Judicial Killing by the police of 19-year-old Ligel Hemlee.

KISSEH LENDOR (Lover Man) was a father, son, brother, and uncle from a great and patriotic family in Carenage, Western Trinidad and Tobago. He came from a family of two sisters and one brother. His mother and father are retired and help care for their six grandchildren during the day as their children and in-laws work. You can feel the impact and love of this family as you enter their home. The children and grandchildren are very respectful and loving, which reflects the Lendor family values. The family is well known in Carenage for their positive community activities that help keep old traditions alive. They volunteer for children's team-building events and organize home community limes (hangouts). KISSEH's nickname was "Lover Man" because of his non-confrontational, non-violent nature. He always had a smile; he was funny and fun-loving to all he encountered.

On May 16, 2023, KISSEH worked all day in Carenage, Trinidad as a part-time mechanic; he lost his regular job during COVID and got an assistant mechanic job to make ends meet and support his daughter. KISSEH planned to visit his longtime girlfriend in Chaguanas, Trinidad, late that afternoon, May 16, 2023. His mechanic friend asked KISSEH to deliver a rebuilt transmission to a customer in Chaguanas since he, KISSEH, was going in that direction. Upon arrival and taking the transmission out of his trunk KISSEH was executed by police because he was a witness to an extra-judicial killing.

Facts: KISSEH LENDOR, 37, and the 19-year-old Ligel Hemlee, the other murder victim, did not have criminal records and were unknown or wanted by the police. As reported, there is no evidence that either man committed a crime. The 19-year-old, a son of a police officer and according to reports, was recently cleared through a security background check to work offshore. KISSEH did not know the customer, Ligel Hemlee; he was delivering the transmission. There were approximately ten Chaguanas police officers involved in the murders. Ligel Hemlee was shot in the leg first, then ran towards his house when he was shot multiple times in the back with a silencer as he entered his home. KISSEH LENDOR was shot in his ankle and the chest by one of the two officers with a silencer. The shot brought KISSEH to his knees. KISSEH raised his hands, then one of the officers approached KISSEH and shot him in the chest with a silencer; as reported by eyewitnesses, both men died on the spot, and their bodies were thrown in the back of a vehicle and taken to a medical center. After the two men were murdered, the other police officers on the scene started firing their weapons to simulate (fake) a shoot-out.

There were eyewitnesses to the murders. One witness told her story to IAN Alleyne, and the other hid from the police due to a fear for their life as a witness to a murder. There seems to be a collusion between hospital medical "professionals" and the Chaguanas police. We know both men died at the scene on May 16, 2023, because the family went to the murder scene and hospital. However, the police and hospital are misleading the public, stating that both men died at the hospital on May 17, 2023.

Cover Story & Lies:

A silencer has one purpose and one purpose only. To conceal a killing by killing without sound or little sound. Two groups of people use silencers. Criminal assassins (Hitmen/women) and military/paramilitary for secret operations like going after terrorists outside one's country. Silencers are illegal in T&T. Silencers are used for getting in and out without operations and without alerting anyone that you are in an area, house, or structure.

Chaguanas Police Cover Story:

The Chaguanas Police cover story was that they would state that they had a shootout with the three men from an earlier robbery and had the return fire killing the suspect. Using the silencer, they will kill Ligel Hem Lee, then fire their weapon without silencers to simulate a shootout. Afterward, they would use their media connections to support or suppress public outcry or investigation. However, it's impractical because who keeps a silencer on one's person or has time the screw on a silencer to return fire from three men that are shooting to kill? Also, the robbery suspects were identified and dealt with… The real story comes from reliable police sources alleging that the Chaguanas police officers supported by their senior leadership, conducted an OPS to execute Ligel Hem Lee. The reason is still unclear. KISSEH LENDOR, an innocent victim, witnessed the execution of Ligel Hem Lee. KISSEH was in the wrong place at the wrong time, so he was murdered by the Chaguanas police to protect their cover story.
