Judith Zettle Kitchen Funeral Fund
Donation protected
Judy Kitchen was Mema. She wasn't my mother, my sister or even my cousin, but to everyone that knew her including myself, she was Mema. She gave me 20 + years of wonderful and fun memories, just as she gave her friends and family, for 64 years. Mema fought three couragous and long battles with cancer. Unfortunately, her body could not endure the treatments and she passed away, with family by her side, on Monday, November 14, 2016.
Mema was the Mema of ALL Mema's. She loved her children and granchildren to NO end. She helped others as much as she could and never asked for anything in return. She recently retired from her career as a secretary at the First Church of Christ in Lock Haven, where she lovingly worked for so many years. She was a devoted Christian woman and I have no doubts that she danced through those pearly gates and met her maker and family with open arms.
I'm starting this fund to help offset the cost of Judy's funeral, as she was unable to carry life insurance and had very little savings. Even a few dollars will help this family lay this wonderful woman to rest. I don't expect to make the goal that was set but should that goal be met, any overage beyond the funeral costs will be donated to a charity of the family's choosing.
Please help this family. They rarely ask for help, which is why I chose to start this fund for them. Please find it in your heart to donate. Judy would have done the same for anyone else if she had the chance. And if you would, please say a prayer for this family for comfort, healing and peace. Thank you!
