We are working to raise money for Judy Day Sawyer. She is a loving Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and Friend to so many. She lives in Sheridan, Wy, and in August was diagnoised with a rare and aggressive form of Leukemia. Judy and her amazing husband, Randy, live a comfortable lifestyle and do whatever they can to lend a helping hand, comfort, support, minister to those in need in the Sheridan area. Now its our turn to help them.
Judy had to spend the first month of her diagnosis in Billings doing extensive chemotherapy, only coming home every couple of weeks. Randy has traveled back and forth countless times to make sure she was comfortable while he was still working at home. Many friends and family have been by Judy's side holding her hand, helping her get up and move, and being there while they cut her legendary beautiful hair.
While many of us will be sitting and enjoying our family this Thanksgiving week, Randy and Judy are traveling down to Denver to start preparing for her Bone Marrow Transplant. Judy's sister Colleen is a perfect match! Judy will be in the hospital for mulitple weeks before and after her the transplant on November 29th.
Where Judy and Randy have Health Insurance, the cost of the medical expenses are not all 100% covered. Randy will still need to travel back and forth while Judy stays in the hospital, so all travel expenses are not covered.
Funds are needed now to help what bills have already started pilling up. Funds will be needed in the future as they continue to push through the hardship. Your help means everything to Randy and Judy, their kids who can continue going to school, the family who has been staying by her side, her sister who is the perfect match, and the friends who have been praying for the best outcome possible.
