Hi, My name is Scott Hazelwood

On Thursday, November 10th, my mother Judy passed away after a 6-year battle with Endometrial cancer. The costs of burial services and such are beyond my ability to pay. I have been my mother's caregiver for the past six years, especially this year when she has been in hospice. Mom was a caregiver for her father in his final years. She was a caregiver for her partner Jennifer who suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. My mother was a caregiver to others her entire life, and I want to give her the final resting place she deserves.

She was a lover of the ocean, the moon, and all things Halloween. She enjoyed spending time with her two grandsons and experiencing things with them so she could see things through their eyes. She lived by the motto, "If You lose your sense of humor, then you have already lost."
