The scammers, posing as Apple Support, kept her on the phone for over seven hours, skillfully manipulating her with personal details they somehow knew. By the time she realized the truth, it was too late. Her entire life savings had been drained. Despite immediately contacting local and federal law enforcement, she was told there was little they could do.
