Judy Trimble - a great teacher at West Charlotte!

We all have that one teacher we will always remember. Judy Trimble was one of those teachers. She taught at West Charlotte Sr. High. She was a Lion through and through. She was a character and loved her students no matter from where they came.

I hope that that those of us, including her students at Independence, will do something to honor her memory; a living memorial to help kids currently enrolled at WC. The school currently has the Restore the Roar campaign and it's a good way to remember Judy ~

The campaign supports athletics, academics, and the arts. The goals are:

Maximize every student's educational experience.

Support an atmosphere that will attract the best and bright teachers and staff.

Satisfy unmet resource needs through private contributions.

Engage our community to invest in and protect our most valuable asset - our scholars

I have spoken with Judy’s daughter. She is honored and fully supports this project. I believe that Restore the Roar is a perfect way to honor Judy.

Lions have always risen to the occasion. Let’s do it again for Judy.
