Support Juli through Breast Cancer Treatment

Hi, My name is Andrea Fobert and I am fundraising for my friend Juli Paquin who has just been diagnosed with breast cancer. Juli is 38. Juli currently has a job where she has limited sick leave benefits. As you can imagine there are and will continue to be numerous appointments and tests as Juli navigates our medical system and eventually has a mastectomy. The recovery time once this operation occurs will be at minimum a year.

What makes Juli so amazing? I know many of you will have your own stories but here is my personal experience.

I met Juli in 2006. Juli always stood out from the crowd with her warm personality, tattoos and colourful hair. We had a similar passion for animals and I was thrilled when she agreed to be my daughter's nanny. Juli showered my girls, Claire and Megan with so much love, creativity and patience. They are the beautiful humans they are today because Juli was their second mom.

As a friend and adopted sister Juli is there for everyone. She has stood by me through every stage of my life with unwavering loyalty and love. Words cannot express how generous and special this woman is. I know many of you will have similar stories about Juli.

In addition, Juli has three dogs and one rescue dog. In typical Juli fashion, she has taken on a deaf dog to try to give him another chance. She patiently trained him and gave him love so he could find his forever home.

Now Juli needs all of our love and support while she goes through this difficult time. Please donate so that she has time to take care of herself and heal from this terrible disease.
