Julia Arciola World Championships 2023

My name is Julia Arciola, I'm a senior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the Marching Illini Feature Twirler. I have been baton twirling since I was five years old, and once that baton was put into my hands, there was no going back! My most recent titles include being the 2022 U.S. Collegiate Grand National Champion, the Three Baton Grand National Champion, and the 2022 AAU Junior Olympics Collegiate National Champion.

I have been selected to represent the United States (for the fifth time) at the World Championships in Liverpool, England, on August 7-14th, 2023. I will be competing in Adult Elite One Baton, Two Baton, and Three Baton; in the most recent World Championships in 2019, I received the bronze medal in the Senior Elite Three-Baton category, and I have my eyes set on the gold medal this summer!
