Julia Pittman Memorial Color Run

I am fundraising on behalf of the Julia Pittman Memorial Color Run, which is part of our community's Relay for Life events. Relay for Life is where community members come together to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against cancer.

In previous years, Lake View High School has held its annual Color Run directed and coordinated by our very own, Julia Pittman. Sadly, Julia lost her battle to cancer in September of 2023. Julia was a dedicated community member, a friend to all, and a huge supporter of Relay for Life. This year, in remembrance of Julia, we have renamed the event to the Julia Pittman Memorial Color Run.

We are excited about our upcoming event scheduled to take place in May 2024 at Lake View High School. The Julia Pittman Memorial Color Run is an exceptional platform that brings together community members to raise money and fight against cancer.

We recognize the importance of supporting initiatives like this one, as everyone has been affected by cancer in some way. Not only does this event contribute to a wonderful cause, but it also brings community members together for a time of remembrance.
