Juliana Sweet Memorial Fund
Donation protected
On behalf of Juliana's two daughters, Alexandria and Brittney, this Go Fund Me effort was created to raise funds to pay for their Mom's funeral and end-of-life expenses and to create a lasting memorial. Juliana died on the last day of November, a short time after her 50th birthday, from a blood clot in her brain that burst. It was quick and unexpected. She never recovered.
Smart & Complex, Abundantly Generous, Serving, Sweet Spirit, Creative & Loquacious, and Loyal. These words are ones familiar to those who knew and loved Juliana. Similar to her deceased mother who was her best friend, both didn’t know a “stranger”. Juliana embraced compassion and loved with abandon. This is how she approached and lived her life. Her giving spirit inspired her to register as an organ donor, and she was miraculously able to gift two recipients and donate for research.
Juliana’s inherent drive to give to others manifested in her military service, many volunteer experiences, and in her commitment to be there for those she loved “anywhere” and “anytime.” There are so many stories people could share of her being the one to “show up” no matter what.
Juliana wanted most to be remembered as a good and kind person. She extended kindness with patience and understanding and took time to listen to anyone no matter what the circumstance. She gave everyone a chance, and she encouraged others to do the same.
Juliana left this life tragically too early and will be endlessly missed by all who knew her. Her eldest daughter, Alexandria (Lexi), is handling final expenses. A memorial fund has been established in Juliana's name.
