Julianna with medical and monthly bills

Hello, My name is Kyle Calcote, and I am starting this fund on behalf of my wife Julianna Calcote who was injured at her electrician apprenticeship lab class. Two bundles of conduit pipe (10 ft long, each a bundle of 10 pipes) was not secured correctly and fell on her head, back and shoulders. She is suffering from an acute concussion, with brain swelling into other bone cavities, a dislocated shoulder, damage to her spine and constant headaches. She required full care for eight weeks due to her condition and daily doctor appointments. The school gave us a paper in writing stating their accountability, therefore, not eligible for Worker’s Comp. We have short term disability through our Electrician Union, and they turned around a denied the short-term disability. We do have an attorney representing us, but the Union Board members are the same as the School Board members and it has been held up in appeals. Now, we learned that Julianna has lost her insurance because her time off has not been processed as either a work injury or a school injury. We have drained our financial reserves as well as family and friends. We are asking for support to get us back on track to maintain our monthly expenses and past due bills.
