Julie Corcoran’s medical bills
Donation protected
On May 14th, there was a call that Julie needed immediate surgery. Julie was in severe pain and took herself to the ER without telling anyone. When she arrived she was diagnosed with Necrotizing fasciitis or flesh eating bacteria. This is a very rare and uncommon infection that typically only affects an average of 700 people in the USA per year, with 1 in 5 dying from this infection. The Doctor told Julie that had she not come to the ER she would’ve likely died within the next 48 hours. She ended up needing two surgeries. Her road to recovery is long and she will be out of work for several months. Julie is the sole provider for her home and her medical bills are mounting due to needing regular at home care from visiting nurses. We are so thankful for the care she has been given and just looking to ease some of her financial burden. A little bit goes a long way. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping her through the most difficult time in her life.
