Help Julie & Lilly's Moms Fight!

I met my wife, Tabitha earlier this year.  Our first date was ice cream sundaes with her beautiful daughters.  I fell in love with the three of them instantly and we chose to become a family.  

Tabitha had taken custody of Julie and Lilly when they were only 5 months old.  Their parents were sadly drug addicts and unable to care for their children.  In just a few short years their father James and mother Kelly; Tabitha's cousin; were both deceased.  

Tabitha has done an amazing job being a single mom and raising these two little bundles of joy.  Now that we had made the decision to become a family, we married in August 2014 on the girls 4th birthday.  They were such darling flower girls and stole the whole show.


 We decided to start the process to officially adopt the children.  We met with a lawyer and quickly started to get all necessary paper work, clearances, doctor check ups together.  Just weeks before our adoption would be finalized, Papers were Served for custody of the girls!  




Someone was trying to take our babies from us.  The plantiff believes the children would of been better in the system than with two mothers.  


Now we are fighting to keep our family.  To keep these sad individuals out of our impressionable children's lives. We immediately called our adoption lawyer and met with her.  This petition of custody is now postponing our adoption and costing us all of the adoption money we had plus thousands more.
