I sing weekly for my local church, play shows and train worship leaders to sing. But I am a songwriter and God has been inspiring me to put out new songs carrying His hope and message. My last full album, Let My Light Shine, came out in 2013- I am overdue!

For our last three albums, I have been doing it independently, on the cheap at home... and they may have broken even eventually, but God has opened a door for me to work with an incredible producer, Neal Merrick Blackwood of the award winning Blackwood Brothers family, who has credits with everyone from Dolly Parton to the Pentatonix to Toby Mac! But it ain't cheap!

One of my violinists just got off the road with Stevie Wonder, a back up singer has toured with Amy Grant...

I have invested most of my gigging and private teaching income since October when we began this venture (money that should have paid bills!), but I have hit bottom and we still have three more songs to record and whole bunch more parts to add to the other 8 songs plus mixing and marketing.

The funds will pay for studio time, hiring great musicians and back up singers (like next week we have a gospel choir coming in to sing on my song "Follow the Lord!") transportation and lodging, mixing and mastering, duplication of any hard copies and initial marketing.

I believe that God has given me a gift and a powerful message. AND- if this project really makes a mark at my age, I will know it was a work of the Lord! But doors are open, we have prospective lable interest and contacts for possible touring. Now is the the time!

We can't forget the heart moving "I Still Do" or the new rendition of the vulnerable "Jesus Since the Day."
