Julie’s Cancer Fight Fund

Ten years ago my sister went into remission after battling stage 3 breast cancer at the age of 28. Unfortunately, she is facing this once again because earlier this year we discovered that the cancer has returned and has metastasized to her bones, liver and lungs. These past few months have been filled with hospital visits, chemo and radiation treatments, and most recently a complete hospitalization due to a sepsis infection from the chemo port. All of this has taken a toll on her and she’s been unable to work. They’ve fallen behind on the mortgage and the mortgage company won’t work with them so now their home might be taken away unless they catch up. My sister has never been one to ask for help and has always been the rock of our family. She has always put others first and of course is the favorite tia to all of the nieces and nephews of the family, she’s probably even the favorite daughter, niece, cousin, and friend. She’s an amazing mom to my two nephews and right now she really needs to see how much we care and how much we love her so I’ve made this in hopes that we can alleviate all the extra stress from the financial strain that she doesn’t need on top of everything else she’s going through. Every contribution will be meaningful and impactful and will go towards helping my sister keep a roof over their heads and will provide her just a bit of relief while she battles this for the second time.
