Jump Shots for Jack

We are raising money to benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Foundation, and any donation will help make an impact! All of your donations will go directly to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network fund.

This past November, Jack Herzberg, husband of Kris and father of Jackie and Emma, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer. This news was a complete shock to all of us and instantly changed our lives and the lives of people around us. Growing up, Jack always had a deep interest in health and medicine, specifically alternative and holistic health. With this passion for healthy living, we grew up understanding the importance of eating organic foods and maintaining healthy lifestyles by exercising—and taking our vitamins, of course. Other than his passion for medicine, Jack also had a killer jump shot in his prime days and some pretty good handles on the basketball.

My family and I have decided to start a fundraiser for the awareness and research of Pancreatic Cancer. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network cause and host a fundraising event called Jump Shots for Jack. At this event (time TBD), we hope to celebrate Jack and this cause by holding a basketball competition (with music, prizes and food!). All of the proceeds will be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. We hope that our contributions will allow research to take steps toward finding a cure for this disease and save lives of those affected by it in the future.
