JUMP START tells the story of a brother and sister whose car breaks down in the middle of a road trip through rural nowhere.

As the film unfolds, their destination becomes clear, while their resolve to reach it becomes cloudier...

JUMP START is a tender look at the complications of sibling love, plans gone awry, and how we speak about the unspeakable things.

We're on GoFundMe because we want the freedom to be able to create our own work and our own opportunities. Our industry is in the middle of an unprecedented strike, and shooting our film is a way to exercise our creativity, challenge ourselves, and work on the sorts of things we want to work on (while faithfully adhering to all relevant strike guidelines!).
