June Parker Childers

Hello Family and Friends. Please meet my beautiful granddaughter, June Parker. She was born on December 11th to my Daughter & Son in Law, Hailee & Michael Childers, who now live in Iowa. She was born 5 1/2 weeks early and has been in the NICU. She is suffering from Hyperinsulinism due to a possible gene mutation which is causing her blood sugar to be dangerously low and her body is not reacting to the medication the way it should. This beautiful, strong little girl will now have to be transferred to Philadelphia within the next week to under go surgery on her pancreas. Our family is asking for lots of love & prayers to be sent their way in this incredibly tough time. They have an extremely long road ahead of them going back and forth from Iowa and Philly with June’s surgery and recovery. The family will be split, with Hailee going to Philly and Michael staying behind to take care of the other children (traveling back when he can) Not to mention the medical costs and travel expenses are super high. Anything will help them. We all appreciate anything. Thank you in advance for your love and support as our family gathers to help our babies. ❤️.
