Shoreham Juniors Rowing 150,000 Meters!

Hi there,

We're a local rowing club located on the River Adur in Shoreham by Sea, and we've been rowing here since 1862.

As a Junior division, we have organised to undertake an ambitious sponsored row!

Our event will take place in East Street, the heart of Shoreham Town centre, on Sunday 14th of April.

This sponsored row will see our group of young juniors collectively rowing 150,000 meters – tackling the distance from Shoreham to France!

We hope this challenge not only showcases our determination and skill, but also serves as a testament to our commitment to the sport and saving our club.

We are aiming to raise funds that will support us in our vital mission to improve our training facilities and make equipment available to all.

Additionally, donations will also go towards the much needed repair of our beloved clubhouse, which has experienced catastrophic damage to its roof in recent storms.

Hopefully we can continue to provide a safe and welcoming space for our rowing community, but only with your help!
