Justice, Answers and Accountability for Frank Tyson

Hello, my name is John Tyson and I am Frank Tyson's youngest brother. Frank died on April 18, 2024 while in the custody of Canton Police Officers. Frank's last words were, "I can't breathe." His first words to the officers were, "No, not the Canton Police, call the Sheriff, you all aren't killing me tonight." Despite his plea of not being able to breathe and requesting the Sheriff, Frank did die that night.

Frank's future plans were to fight a previous case which landed him in prison for 23 years due to a motion being filed late which stated the witnesses were coerced by the Stark County Prosecutor to change their original testimony.

Support will be used to cover legal fees due to his death and his wrongful imprisonment.
