Justice for Affected Doctors: Holding the RCP accountable

Imagine dedicating years of your life to rigorous medical training, sacrificing sleep, family time, and financial stability—all for the dream of serving patients and advancing your career. This nightmare became a reality for some 222 doctors after the RCP recently admitted to a serious marking error in their exams. Careers have been put on hold. Mental health has suffered. And yet, the RCP’s response has been wholly inadequate—failing to fully address the devastating impact their mistake has had on the lives and futures of those affected.

We refuse to let this injustice stand. We are coming together to take legal action against the RCP in a class action lawsuit to demand accountability, compensation, and systemic changes to prevent such failures from ever happening again.
