Hit & Run Victim- Andrew Dinsmore
Donation protected
Our cousin Andrew (Andy) Dinsmore was the victim of a Hit & Run on Friday morning, March 8th, at the intersection of SE 256th St & 135th Ave SE in Kent, WA as he started his daily commute to work on his Tri-Bike as he has done for the past 3 years. Andrew spent the first couple of days in ICU at Harborview. Over the weekend, he was put through surgery to put in a steel plate with several screws to fix his broken pelvis. Andrew is to be in a wheelchair for approximately 3-5 months followed by 6-9 months of rehabilitation. Cousin Andrew is a hard worker with a huge heart and offers help to anyone in need, not letting his developmental disability get in the way. Now, after years of assisting others, it’s time for us to give back to the sweet man who’s been such a large part of our community for so long. Your donation would go directly to his medical fees, rehabilitation cost, a new trike for his transportation once he’s better, and general cost of living until he is healed enough to return to work at the Kent School District building he’s worked at and loved for 15 years.
