Justice for Brody (to help with all costs involved)
Donation protected
On August 10th, 2024 my 15 year old baby brother Brody was walking with friends on Selkirk Ave in Winnipeg when he was attacked and robbed for his cellphone. His attackers had a machete.
He sustained life changing injuries and was in surgery for 20 hours straight to repair the damage done by these monsters.
The doctors had to repair nerves in his legs, arms, back, head, and hands. They had to reattach his fingers. He has a skull fracture. He is currently unable to use either of his hands or arms.
Brody is a sweet young man. He is quiet and stays out of trouble. He is loved dearly by many.
Our concern now as a family is Brody’s recovery, being there for him, the road ahead, and seeking justice for him.
The investigation is ongoing at this time and I will not go into details about that.
Any donations will be used to help with travel costs to help family be close to him, for therapy down the line, a few comfort items for Brody, and anything left over will be kept for Brody down the line or donated to a survivors fund.
We appreciate any donations and well wishes at this time.
(location is set to Deloraine, as that is where most of his family is from who does not live in Winnipeg)
