Chelsea’s family is grappling with unimaginable grief, compounded by unanswered questions surrounding her death. They were allegedly misled about her whereabouts by hospital staff, and critical lapses in patient care have raised serious concerns about how such a tragedy could occur.

Chelsea was loved deeply by her family and community. She was kind, compassionate, and full of life. We believe she deserves justice, and her family deserves answers.
