Justice for Chris - REWARD AND SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Friends, family, and concerned supporters: Our friend and cousin Chris "Buddy" Owan was hit and killed by a driver while biking to work Sunday night (12/19/21) at about 6:51pm in West Phoenix near Luke Airport Base right outside the Falcon Dunes Golf Course entrance. The killer fled the scene and now we need your help to bring them to justice. We're putting this Go Fund Me together for his family to help raise a substantial reward to encourage someone to come forward with information leading to the arrest of Buddy's killer. Any additional funding will be used to create a scholarship in honor of Chris. Finding this person will make the streets safer and bring justice for Chris, a tremendous young man in the prime of his youth. Chris was a fun, loving, pure hearted man who touched the lives of so many people. Please share this fund so we can bring a small amount of peace to the Owan family and give Chris the justice he deserves.

Chris was killed/ran over while biking to work by a hit and run driver. This happened in the West Valley Arizona, Glendale/Goodyear/Litchfield park area by Luke Air Force base.

Chris leaves behind his father Rod, mother Mariane, sisters Caity, Cassy, and brother-in-laws Jordan and Scott; in addition to many extended relatives and friends. The Owan's are among the kindest people I know, please help get the word out and all donations are very much appreciated.
