Justice for Courtney A. Ellison

Can’t believe I’m posting one of these but I feel the circumstances call for it. The reason I am asking and making this go fund me is for my brother and myself as well as the legacy of Courtney Ellison. My mother passed away June 12, 2011 due to complications with her kidney/renal disease and when she passed she left my brother and I some some resources in a trust fund that my aunt Felicia Diane Sims was entrusted to by her sister Courtney. Everything was fine until February of 2017 when we were evicted because my aunt failed to pay the property taxes on our home that we bought cash. We also found out that Felicia and Ashley spent money from our trust fund and barely left anything at all. Felicia went on trips to Puerto Rico, France, Mexico etc and even purchased $7000 falcons season tickets(the same amount that she could have paid on our property taxes for 2 years) and chose to use funds to buy electronics, gifts, money, and other items for herself as well as her husband and her children. Felicia abused her authority and the LOVE we had for her by deceiving us and keeping VERY important information hidden. Ever since February of 2017, Felicia along with Ashley have done nothing but told lies to family and friends that could help so that we would be stuck with no way out. When I tried to talk to Felicia all she could was hand me a fake cease and desist so that I would not talk to them. The police were called on my brother and I roughly 6 times(all because we wanted to talk and resolved things amicably) I was embarrassed to ask and even put this out but I recognize that this isn’t nothing you be ashamed of. We were taking advantage of and have had the world ripped from up under us. My brother and I have had to be on our own and bounce back. We have A probate court date set for early 2018 with Felicia to resolve all of this but my brother and I needed help. We are staying in a room paying either A daily fee or weekly fee of $372 and that’s exactly sting away a lot of our money. We don’t have any family in the city and can’t really ask our Paternal sides for help at all. Any help no matter how small or big is going towards A new place for my brother and I and other small expenses. Hopefully We didn’t ask for to much but if you have ever experienced Courtney’s love or have even been to a function/party/kickback at 4693 I humbly ask that you help if you can.
