Justice for D ( Dieter )

On behalf of the family our beloved Dieter on the 11th December 2024 was involved in a mind blowing incident. This was no accident a life was taken due to sheer incompetence and neglect.

The family are kindly asking for support at this sad time to help towards cremation costs and legal expenses towards justice.

There was no permit issued for works to be carried out and a trailer skip was placed on an inner lane at dusk without any beacon light's, boulders or adequate lightning on a very busy bypass on a bend downhill.

Dieter sustained catastrophic brain injury, broken arm and ribs, punctured liver and spleen and was kept in an unconscious state while his mum, dad and only sister arrived from the UK.

Dieter succumbed to his horrific injuries a day after his sisters birthday, 13th December 10.20pm.

Dieters parents are retired pensioners and his sister, a single working parent none of who's funds can stretch to this full expense.

The cremation costs run into a minimum of €6000.00 and unfortunately Dieter had no life insurance.

Solicitor costs are still unknown.

This should never happened in this day and age.

It is one of US and could have been any of US!

Accountability and Closure.
