First Amendment DOES protect this! RHETORICAL HYPERBOLE

David Allen June Cherry, owner and proprieter of RedPawnDynamics LLC, and a hard-working family man, was arrested on bogus allegations on the morning of Feb 18, 2025. He did nothing more than voice an opinion on social media (shown in photo 2). Something everyone, everywhere does every day, but because his opinion was about a billionaire, the government has decided he is no longer entitled to his First Amendment rights. The media is portraying him as a monster and an unstable villain when he is merely an opinionated man trying to make ends meet for his family. We are raising money in an attempt to pay for legal fees, and to get his car removed from impound ($380 plus $30 per day it remains impounded) once he is released. We would get the car now, but the impound lot won't let us without him present.

Update: Funds from this will also be used to pay for commissary as well as phone calls and post-release recovery.
