Justice for Deputy Timothy Gardner

Today is not a day, I could have ever imagined coming into existence. The person we are raising funds for is not only an outstanding Deputy, he is also an amazing father and a loving husband.

Tim is the type of person who would give you the shirt off of his back, without asking for anything in return. He is a kind and selfless person, who has always put others before himself.

Deputy Gardner is the type of partner we all strive to be for our sisters and brothers in blue. He has never hesitated to come to to the aid of one of his fellow partners.

Unfortunately, he was involved in an incident that led to his relief of duty. Shortly after, with no warning, he was advised that it was the Department’s intent to discharge him from his position of Deputy Sheriff.

The disdain placed on Deputy Timothy Gardner’s name is despicable and unjust in every form.

The purpose of this GoFundMe, is to raise funds to aid in sustaining life for Tim and his family, as he is the sole provider.
