Hi, my name is Melissa Leigh. On July 8, 1991, my brother, Douglas Wagg Jr, tragically lost his life after his body was struck by a train in Martin County, NC. We believe he was placed on those tracks and recent developments have shed light on the suspicious circumstances surrounding his death, prompting the reopening of his case by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. Your contributions will support the exhumation and transport of his body to Little Rock AR for another autopsy so that advanced forensic testing and DNA retrieval can be performed. DNA was a very new science in 1991 and swabs were not taken then. By joining us in this quest for truth, you can help solve this long-standing mystery and bring accountability to those responsible.
