Hello friends and family,

I’m reaching out to ask for assistance on behalf of my daughter Erica and her children, Josephine and Simon, who are in the midst of a complex court case and needing urgent legal representation.

Erica has been referred to an attorney who specializes in post-separation abuse involving a high-conflict coparent, and she needs your help raising funds to cover legal fees.

Erica, Josephine, and Simon would like to return home to their community of Port Townsend, but Erica was recently served an objection by her ex husband to prevent them from moving back. His malicious declaration to the court undermines Erica’s parenting and defames her character with his false narrative. Her rights are now jeopardized and she needs your help to ensure she is properly represented in her case.
