Justice for Goodness to Prevail

Hello, my name is John. I am an actor, artist and a photographer. Some of you know my work. I am normally the guy you ask for help, as those of you who truly know me can attest.

This is an urgent plea for help with a medical malpractice case and overwhelming legal fees. I do not wish to be unhoused or lose my things for simply trusting the Healthcare system in the State of California with my body, yet that’s the reality.

The several surgeries put me out of commission, i.e., bone growth, nerve recovery, physical therapy and healing alone for well over a year yet still resulted in permanent physical mutilation requiring constant continuing medical treatment.

The surgeon and hospital tried to pull a fast one three times the day of surgery and were counting on me not knowing what the word "bilateral" meant. Do you? and on how many other innocents have they pulled this scam?

I know "bilateral" because I am medically trained as an Emergency First Responder and Wilderness First Responder.

I was there for ONE surgery, but they tried three times to get me to sign forms allowing them to double their money and do two surgeries on BOTH SIDES even though it was not medically necessary. When I knew what the word meant and pleaded they only do the medically necessary side, the surgeon's exact words were,

"You are going to regret this!"

And then he proceeded to cut off my bone and drilled into my pelvis at the wrong angle, medically 40 degrees off the acceptable standard and thereby permanently compromising my body and changing my quality of life ever since.

To add insult to injury, LITERALLY - the attornies' for the hospital, the surgeon and the surgical groups ARE SUING ME for their costs, exorbitant attorneys' fees, court costs, expert witness fees, and all other fees to punish and bury me for trying to sue them for the harm they caused me.

And unless I hire an attorney to defend me from these monsters, with their costs far exceeding a MILLION dollars, they will hurt me even further, which I can't fathom any human with a soul would do.

Attorneys have asked me to raise $125,000 to $800, 000 to defend myself from them and pursue something resembling justice and it must be BEFORE the JUNE hearings.

Frankly, if I could just stay housed, and get out from under all of these medical bills and debt, I’d walk away while I am still able to walk, although I have been warned that eventual catastrophic failure is imminent.

I am unable to do an activity as normally benign as putting on my socks without my bone popping out of the socket causing me severe pain and disability.

I pray for God’s Grace and that True Goodness prevails.
