Justice for Izzy legal fees

Justice for Izzy and security for children with disabilities and who are victims of bullying. These are the goals for our team who represents Izzy’s family. Sadly, our efforts are too late for Izzy.  Her life was lost when she was disregarded as a “troubled” child who “acted out” in school.  

Perhaps, if she received the attention our educational professionals are statutorily and constitutionally required to provide, she’d be alive and celebrating Christmas with her family. 

As her legal team we want to stop tragedies like this in the future.  There are strong legal grounds for legal action.  These actions require multiple expert witnesses, thorough investigation, legal research, brief writing, trials, and always the appeals.
