"Justice for Javaun: Supporting Jahari’s Future"

It is with deep sadness that we have to share the tragic news of Javaun Franklin aka “Justin Cordova ”, a loving father who was tragically taken from us too soon due to gun violence. In this time of unimaginable grief, we are reaching out to our community for support.

We have established a GoFundMe campaign to assist with sending Javaun home and arrangements to support his son Jahari who has also suffered from this profound loss. Your generosity will make a significant difference during this incredibly difficult time.

To honor Javaun’s memory and celebrate his life, we invite everyone to a candlelight service at Alki Beach (down at the Seattle skyline) 1054 Harbor Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116.

The candle light will take place on Wednesday, September 18th at 6:30 PM. The colors of the evening will be royal blue and white.

We are asking for this event to be a safe place for us to gather and celebrate the amazing man we all knew. This gathering will provide a moment for reflection, remembrance, and support for Javaun's family and friends.
