Justice for Jaxon: Protecting Vulnerable Children

Donation protected
This week, our family’s worst nightmare became reality.
On only his third day in a new special education program, my 7-year-old autistic son, Jaxon, was physically assaulted by a trained teacher in a BAC classroom at Dolores McClatchey Elementary School, part of Midlothian ISD in Texas.

Over the course of a 40+ minute school video, Jaxon was:
• Shoved to the ground and forced to pick up cleaning items,
• Sprayed with a cleaning bottle,
• Restrained with the teacher’s knees driven into his back,
• Squeezed so tightly during another restraint that bruises were left across his chest.

Throughout this, my son cried out for his inhaler — but he was denied medical attention for over 30 minutes.
At one point, while being restrained in a known blind spot in the room — out of sight of other staff — Jaxon struggled to cry out, “You’re choking me,” but was ignored.

This was not a momentary lapse.
This was an ongoing assault, captured clearly on school video.
The physical bruising was alarming — but the emotional trauma is something far deeper, and longer lasting.

As parents, we are heartbroken, furious, and committed to fighting for accountability.
Schools are supposed to protect children — not allow harm to occur behind closed doors and blind spots.

We are raising funds to pursue legal action on behalf of Jaxon — to seek justice not only for him, but for every vulnerable child who deserves safety, dignity, and protection in their school environment.
All donations will be used exclusively for legal fees, expert evaluations, and advocacy efforts to ensure that the full truth is brought to light and those responsible are held accountable.

If this could happen to Jaxon, it could happen to another child.
We are speaking out because silence protects abusers — and our children deserve so much better.

Every donation, every share, and every prayer matters.
You are standing with Jaxon — and with every child who has been mistreated and unheard.

Thank you for supporting our fight for healing, truth, and lasting change.
From the bottom of our hearts — thank you.
